Principle of laser cutting processing
Laser cutting uses a focused high-power, high-density laser beam to irradiate the workpiece, causing the irradiated material to quickly melt, vaporize, ablate or reach the ignition point, and at
the same time uses a high-speed airflow coaxial with the beam to remove the molten material, thereby cutting the workpiece. Laser cutting is one of the thermal cutting methods. The laser cutting machine
can meet the cutting requirements of various materials and complex shapes, but its operation cannot be separated from clean, dry and pressure-stable compressed air. Part of the compressed air is provided to
the cutting head as cutting gas, part is supplied to the cylinder of the clamping table as a power source, and the last part is used to purge and remove dust from the optical path system.

Longer service life of the master machine
The rotor uses asymmetrical line running at a low speed with the support of the ball bearings and roller bearings as a result. The damage and the cost are lowered and the service life is extended. Some force is counteracted by the axial force generated by the bevel gear. So the load on the bearings of the master machine is lowered.
